Cenker New Product | D-Class Digital Amplifier Inductor - CKDE Series
Release time:2023.03.11
Source:Cenker Technology Group

Class D digital power amplifier inductor is a kind of directional inductor using Class D digital signal processing, which has the advantages of low noise, low stray capacitance and high energy efficiency of traditional oscillation circuit.

As a crucial component in the feedback loop, the inductor has a significant impact on common issues such as differential oscillation and slope feedback in power amplifiers. Therefore, the development of low-noise, low-distortion, and high-efficiency D-class digital amplifier inductors will help improve the distortion rate and frequency response of D-class digital amplifiers, adding a new dimension to the development of the electronic components market.

  • Modular 2-in-1 structure design, effectively saving space;

  • Adopting low-loss manganese zinc ferrite core, the core has low losses and can withstand high currents;

  • Closed magnetic circuit, low humming noise.

  • Suitable as a digital amplifier (Class D amplifier) LPF inductor;

  • Supports high output for home theater, AV receivers, small components, etc.

Note:

1. All test data is reference to 25℃ ambient;

2. Test Condition:100kHz,0.1Vrms;

3. ISaturation current:the actual value of DC current when the inductance decrease 25% of its initial value;

4. Temperature rise current:the actual value of DC current when the temperature rise is ΔT40℃(Ta=25℃);

5. Special remind:Circuit design, component placement, PCB size and thickness, cooling system and etc;

all will affect the product temperature. Please verify the product temperature in the final application.
